LAAP is a woman-owned business with over 75 years combined experience in regulatory compliance, safety and risk management, loss prevention, loss analysis, security, and quality assessments, and training. Established in 1990, now based just Northwest of Houston in Montgomery, Texas, LAAP is an independent safety management and consulting firm providing comprehensive services across the nation and abroad.
LAAP's expertise is extremely broad; bulk liquid chemical storage and distribution facilities, petrochemical and refinery facilities, commercial and industrial construction and contractors, manufacturing, and public assembly facilities, to name a few.
LAAP associates have spent numerous hours teaching safety, health, security, and fire protection training to a wide range of Fortune 1000 companies. After 9-11, we developed our own Terrorist Threat and Security Awareness program for petrochemical and refineries, conducted at the worker level, providing the workers with the knowledge to avert a terrorist situation.
